W2 Critical Minerals Corp is a privately held Canadian exploration company focused on copper and critical minerals in the Yukon Territory. The Company holds a 100% interest in over 49,800 hectares of mineral claims in Yukon's Dawson Range, a prolific metallogenic belt hosting several major deposits. W2's portfolio offers exposure to copper, molybdenum, tungsten, gold, silver and other critical metals essential to the global energy transition. W2 was formed by the spin-out of White Gold Corp's non-gold projects, unlocking value from a district-scale, multi-asset pipeline.

Hayes hosts the Isaac target, a large-scale Cu-Mo-Ag-Pb-Zn-Bi-W-Li prospect with a 5 km2 zoned soil anomaly. Eight untested IP chargeability anomalies define priority drill targets in Yukon's Dawson Range.

Bridget hosts a Casino-style Cu-Mo-Ag-Au porphyry system with a 4.3 km x 1.4 km soil anomaly. Eight untested IP chargeability anomalies define multiple priority drill targets in Yukon's Dawson Range.

Loonie features the Guilder target — a large 3.5 km Cu-Au soil anomaly with strong Cu-Au-Pb-Zn zonation, contiguous with the Lucky Joe porphyry system. Malachite and chalcocite mineralization with up to 1,115 ppm Cu confirmed. 2025 IP surveys outlined chargeability anomalies as priority drill targets.

Wolf hosts the Aries and Taurus targets. Aries is a 4 x 3 km interpreted Cu-Mo porphyry with peripheral Bi-As-Pb-Zn enrichment, largely untested. Taurus returned 2023 RAB results of 0.81 g/t Au over 15.2 m, including 6.55 g/t Au and 37.4 ppm Mo over 1.52 m.

Hunker hosts the Boxcar, Bum, and Mint Pup targets — a district-scale Cu-Ag-Au system in the Klondike Gold Fields. Historical sampling returned 26.9% Cu and 679 g/t Ag at Bum, and 246 g/t Ag, 3.8% Cu, 14.4% Pb at Boxcar. Mint Pup features a large undrilled Cu soil anomaly.

Toonie hosts the Deux target — an Au-Cu-Zn system in the Carmacks volcanics. 2023 RAB drilling confirmed shallow mineralization: 24.4 m of 0.235 g/t Au and 525 ppm Cu from surface, including 6.1 m of 0.327 g/t Au and 598 ppm Cu. Gold-in-soil anomalies peak at 1,225 ppb Au.
